Stock Show

We met up with the Carlson's at the stock show on Sunday and headed straight for the petting zoo.  The kids all did good and luckily we had lots of smiles and laughs instead of tears!  We then headed upstairs to check out the chickens and pigs.  Avery and Ryan love ponies and thought they would want to go for a ride on the real life pony-go-round. Thouhg, Ryan freaked out as soon as he sat down on the pony and they strapped him in which then caused Avery to freak out. Luckily, they gave us our money back - and now they both say they don't like ponies.  Hopefully, we haven't traumatized them. We did have better luck with the jungle gym area and they were all abe to get their energy out!  After the Stock show we headed for lunch at Mona's, a fun Sunday brunch spot, near my old neighborhood!
