March Catch Up

We had a busy March and below are some highlights.

My cousin, Maggie, was in Denver for a quick visit and her and a friend were able to stop by and meet Avery and Ryan. I was able to capture a photo of Maggie and Avery before her allergies got worse from Raleigh. She is a Senior in high school and will be heading to Avila University on a scholarship. It was great to see her!

On Sat., March 13th, we went to the Evasheski's annual St. Patrick's day party. The weather was nice and it was fun to hang outside.

Avery and Ryan discovered the Hofbrauhaus mug that Andy got in Germany in October. Andy was crawling around with some play money and I thought it was humorous he had an empty mug and checking out how much money he had.

Ryan saying "uh oh" with emphasis on the "oh". It's his

favorite phrase to say. There are a lot of "uh oh's" at meal times as he drops things on the floor.

Josh, Brandy, Bailey, and Emma came out to Colorado for a ski vacation with Brandy's family. We met up for dinner when they arrived before heading to the mountains. They had a long day and the girls were exhausted and Brandy was sick, but it was good to see everyone. I captured a few pictures of Bailey and Josh. Bailey was really into entertaining Avery and Ryan, it was so cute.

Andy and I celebrated our 4th anniversary on the 25th and were able to take Friday off to head up to Copper to ski. We had a time skiing together, which was the 1st time in 2 years, and we able to squeeze some kid-free shopping in at the outlets before heading home. Sat. night, we went to Fruition for our anniversary dinner. We have been hearing rave reviews and it didn't disappoint!

Ready for Spring

Spring is only 13 days away and we are ready for longer days and warmer weather! We had pretty nice weather over the weekend and headed over to the park today to do some swinging and playing. It has been awhile since they have been swinging and they loved it. Here are some of our the favorites shots at the park.

13 Months!!

Avery and Ryan are 13 months today! Avery is definitely interested in walking but is still working on her balance. Ryan loves walking the walls and furniture and crawling very fast. They both like "reading" books on their own, us reading Brown Bear to them, naps, petting Raleigh, balls, all their toys, clapping, being silly, Raleigh's water bowl, walks around the neighborhood, mommy's laptop, the remote controls, the tupperware cabinet, pointing to their nose, racing up the stairs, pushing the grocery cart, drinking milk out of their sippy cups, all finger foods, evening bottle, Maryland basketball, and web calls with their grandparents. We think Ryan's first word is dog and Avery's is uh-oh. Ryan likes to shake his head and Avery likes to wiggle to music. They are so much fun and we love every minute!

Introducing Greyson Becca Luehrs

Greyson Becca Luehrs made her debut this morning via a c-section in Charlotte, NC. She was breech with her feet first, so there was no other option. She weighed in at 7lbs 14oz and is precious! We can't wait to see her in person, but lots of photos and webcalls will have to do for now. Shyloe is recovering well and should be able to go home on Saturday. Taiten is anxious to meet her baby sister and is going to be a great big brother. He turns 2 next month. My parents went for 0 to 4 grandchildren in less than 2 years!! We have lots of March birthdays to celebrate this week with Greyson on the 3rd, Shyloe and Brandy (our 2 sister-in-laws) on the 4th and my dad and his twin sister on the 5th!
